The detached 2 bedroom bungalow, with double glazing, shutters and gas central heating was built in the 60s and is classed as 2 épis by Gîtes of France Calvados-Normandie.  It  can sleep 5 peolple, is bright and comfortable and just 400m from the beach and only 700m from the shops.

There is an enclosed garden of 300m2 and private parking.
